The Riggin Family of Delmarva Volume 1 is the most comprehensive, factually based and referenced compilation of thousands of Riggin (and Riggen, Riggan, Riggins, Riggens) names, found in original colonial and "birth of the United States" era - and beyond - records of the Eastern Shore that has been published to date.
