Her passion for healthy living began at an early age and has continued to expand into entrepreneurial adventures. She is the cocreator of the Optimum Wellness media program, which includes television, web, and retail presence, as well as a quarterly magazine.
Debra is dedicated to educating and inspiring others to take charge of their health through community outreach seminars, articles, retreats, radio, and creating healthy recipes.
