ENGLISH DESCRIPTION

If you could look at yourself from the outside, without filters, would you recognize yourself?

In a society that puts looks over spirituality, where financial success is valued more than emotional wellbeing, we are getting further and further away from knowing who we truly are. When we are unable to meet the standards, when we don't get the likes we so crave, we feel distressed and sorrowful, and little by little our self-esteem gets shattered, affecting the way we relate to ourselves and to those we love.

But not all is lost. In this book you will learn to see yourself through your eyes, the most lovable gaze you will ever find, and you will see that everything that makes you different is not a shortcoming, but proof that you are unique and irreplaceable.

This book offers a series of necessary and urgent reflections on the way we prioritize different aspects of our lives when we focus more on external appearances than on our inner needs. Find out why we must take care of our spiritual dimension as well as the physical one, why it is important to be in good terms with our inner self before worrying about being liked by others, and how to find purpose in life, instead of imitating those purposes other people try to force upon us.
