Together, we look at seven common workplace scenarios (think narcissistic leaders, leaders who are BFFs with subordinates, screamers, and much more) and consider when we have fed the proverbial toxic beast and how we can do better in the future.


The journey will help create self-awareness of our own toxic leadership tendencies. This includes self-reflective exercises with each scenario to help think through what is actually a toxic behavior, the impact and how we have shown up in similar situations before. This is the first step in understanding how you really show up as a leader and prioritize what you want to focus on for you and your team.


This self-awareness journey is not about judgement. Again, we are all guilty at one point in time. The power is recognizing it and choosing to do something about it.
