Sevin, Dieter: - Dieter Sevin, a native of Germany, was Professor of German at Vanderbilt University. He received grants from organizations such as the American Philosophical Association, American Council of Learned Societies, German Academic Exchange Service, and the Vanderbilt Research Council.Sevin, Ingrid: - Ingrid Sevin, a native of Germany, has been teaching German and French at the high school and college level in the United States and in Germany for more than ten years. From 1987 to 2002, she was the editor of the German audio-magazine SCHAU INS LAND.Brockman, Beatrix: - Beatrix Brockman, a native of Germany, is Assistant Professor of Languages and Literature at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN. She received her BA in Translations from the Institut f�r Fremdsprachen und Auslandskunde bei der Universit�t Erlangen-N�rnberg, her BA and MA in English from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN and her PhD in German from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. She travels to Germany on a regular basis to research and keep in touch with the changes occurring in social, political, or cultural facets of Germany. She has recently published a book on the Poetics of East German poet Eva Strittmatter and, a poet herself, several collections of poetry.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
