Acceptable Returns:
We accept returns for products that are incorrect, damaged, or faulty. If your item meets these conditions, please contact us at support@booksdeli.com immediately upon receipt. Booksdeli will require evidence of the problem and may request that you return the item for further assessment.
Return Authorization:
Before you return any items, you must contact Booksdeli Customer Support to obtain a Return Authorization. Please note that returns will not be accepted without this authorization. Booksdeli will cover the cost of return postage for incorrect, damaged, or faulty products, or alternatively, we may provide another remedy. Returns must be made within 3 days of the delivery date or from the date the authorization is approved, and sent back via post. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Change of Mind:
Booksdeli is not obligated to accept returns due to change of mind. If accepted, such returns will be at your expense for postage and will only be eligible for a store credit, excluding the original shipping cost.
Packing Returns:
All returned items must be securely packed in cardboard or bubble wrap to prevent movement within the package, ensuring the contents are well-protected and the package is securely sealed.
Condition of Returns:
Returned items must arrive at Booksdeli in new and resalable condition, except in cases where a damaged item has been approved for return.
Non-Authorized Returns:
Items returned without a Return Authorization, not securely packed, or that are not in new and resalable condition upon arrival at our Distribution Centre, may not qualify for a refund or store credit. In such cases, the items may be sent back to you, and we will notify you regarding the status of the return.
Refunds and Store Credits:
Refunds and store credits for an approved return will apply only to the items returned and will not cover any associated return postage costs or the original shipping charge.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that returns and refunds are not possible for the following product types: Magazine Subscriptions, Gift Certificates, eBooks, Other Digital Content, Bulk Orders with special pricing/product sourcing under Firm Sale terms, Print on Demand titles advised as Firm Sale
