John C. Vanden-Heuvel, Sr., is a web designer with more than twenty years of experience in publication design. He is the author of CSS for Babies and HTML for Babies. He lives in New York City.

Andrey Ostrovsky, M.D., is a practicing physician and social entrepreneur who leads Care at Hand, a health startup designed to help detect early health decline leading to fewer admissions and better medication compliance. He lives in Boston.

Tom Holmes is an independent freelance graphic designer and illustrator with over ten years industry experience who delivers unique and eye-catching graphics and illustrations. He lives in Glasgow, Scotland.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
