When the ringleader of the troupe catches up to them, she must decide whether to go to the auction in his place or hand over the vampire she's already falling for.

Auctioned to the Vampire is a dark fantasy romance (romantasy) novella and prequel to Kissed by a Demon, the first book in The Wild Shadows series. It is a standalone with a guaranteed happily ever after/happy for now. You do not have to read the Auctioned to the Vampire before reading Kissed by a Demon.
