Claudette Irene Inglis is a retired nurse who became a US Citizen in 2008. She is a certified Christian minister and holds a certificate in Christian counseling and graduated from New York Theological Seminary with a Certificate in Christian Ministry. She also loves worshipping God in dance and singing. She loves to listen to music, especially jazz, gospel, and classical music.

In June of 2000, she was appointed as public relations coordinator for a singing group in their church called Sons and Daughters of Durham. They sponsored a concert in August 2000, and she was asked to participate. She wrote her first poem called Christian Unity, which was well received. She was encouraged by her friends to pursue her writing in poetry. Not until September 2001 she had a stroke with paralysis on her left side and had to go to therapy to restore herself. Through her recovery, she became more motivated and God-inspired her to pursue writing. Patience and Child's Plea were the poems she wrote when she went through a situation with her son. The 23rd Psalm was her solace, guidance, and peace. The poem expresses her emotions through her everyday experiences.

Claudette Inglis wrote this book to encourage and that the words speak to your heart and mind. As you read and reflect on the dimension, you become connected with your inner self. God, our father, who is always with us, guides us through our challenging situations, knowing that we are never alone in our life journey.
