How well do you know your dog? Do you know how to understand what they're telling you? How about when something is wrong and needs your attention? Your dog could have issues brewing that you can help with if you realize that they exist.

You can learn to recognize and resolve issues to build a better relationship with your dog and give them what they need. In this book you will,

1. Address all four areas that make up your dog, not only the physical but the mental, emotional and spiritual as well.

2. Learn how to develop a better understanding of your dog by becoming more familiar with their nonverbal language.

3. Discover a simple method for identifying and tracking issues your dog has so that you can address them as needed.

4. Become familiar with several holistic approaches that can offer help for your dog.

5. Develop a plan for building their best possible life.

With the help of this book, you can learn how to help your dog to their highest level of health and make the relationship between the two of you the best it can be. Recognizing the needs of your dog can help you to help them so that they can be their best selves.

Having a dog in your life means more work, more money spent, and more demands on your time. When you have a dog, it's a fulltime commitment. It means letting your dog out to go potty in the middle of the night or taking them for walks in the bitter cold. You might have to deal with chewed shoes or dog hair all over the furniture. It's a lot of work

In return for all your effort, you have this loving, loyal being in your life. You have a running companion that won't cancel on you. When you need a snuggle, your dog is there for you. They don't care about money because they only want you. And they aren't thinking about how you look, what you have, or if you're one of the "in" crowd. Dogs love you for you.

A dog parent considers their dogs to be part of the family, even though they are dogs and not humans. They keep them in the house with everyone else. When health care is needed, they make sure their dogs have the highest quality treatment. Dog parents spend their time with their dogs. We call ourselves dog parents because we love them like kids.

If you're a dog parent, you want to help your dog live the best life possible. If they have an issue with something, you want to help, no matter what. But how, exactly, can you do that?

Do you know about all the different ways you can help your dog? Not just what your vet tells you, although that's important, but all the other things? I was there. I had a vague idea that there were more tools available beyond what the vet recommended, but I didn't know how to find the tools I needed.

This book came about because I figured that maybe other people had trouble sorting through the options too. The world is full of choices for addressing issues if you look for them. Traditional medicine offers the pills and procedures you're probably used to using. These things can often help. But they aren't always enough. If your dog is still suffering, maybe other alternative medicine approaches can help. I'll be discussing several different strategies I've explored to introduce options to you for your dog.

We'll look at how the whole dog, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, must be considered to reach the highest health level. You can learn how to use the clues that your dog provides to help them live well. You have the power to help make your dog's life better right up to the end, which sadly comes much too soon.

She's a life-long animal lover and especially loves to help rescue dogs with their issues, trying to ease their discomfort and give them the happiest, healthiest lives possible.
