Annabelle Randles is a plant-based chef with a passion for bettering the environment one delicious dish at a time.

After spending years as a committed carnivore, Annabelle became curious about the impact of modern farming methods on animal welfare and the environment. Shocked by what she learned, she decided to overhaul her diet and embrace a plant-based lifestyle.

Annabelle soon realized that creating tasty, plant-based versions of her favorite meals was much easier than she imagined. She decided to share her experience with others through her blog, The Flexitarian, where she posts delicious recipes and writes about the relationship between food, ethics, and the environment.

Born and raised in France, Annabelle now lives in London with her husband and two children. She is inspired by her travels and her family, as well as a love of good food and a keen interest in health and sustainability.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
