Imprmese este folleto por varios puertorriqueos residentes en Madrid y en l se reproducen LAS CARTAS AL MINISTRO DE ULTRAMAR que, con el pseudnimo de Casimiro Claro, ha publicado en El Clamor del Pas el Director de aquel peridico y Secretario general del Partido Autonomista Puertorriqueo, D. Salvador Brau. En ellas ha interpretado su autor con elocuente acierto el sentimiento patritico herido en la Pequea Antilla por el funesto error de escindir la idea de la Nacin, clasificando los espaoles para el ejercicio de sus derechos en tres clases: espaoles peninsulares quienes se reconoce el llamado sufragio universal, espaoles cubanos quienes se exige la cuota de CINCO PESOS para intervenir con su voto en la vida nacional, y espaoles puertorriqueos quienes no se reconoce ese derecho sino mediante la cuota de DIEZ PESOS.
