Natalism, also known as pro-birth position, is a belief that promotes the reproduction of human life. It promotes child-bearing and parenthood as desirable for social causes and to ensure the continuation of humanity. A few interpretations of natalsim also try to limit access to contraceptives and abortion. Major branches of Christianity, including The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the Catholic Church, encourage reproduction. The Quiverfull movement is a movement among conservative Protestants which advocates for large families and sees children as blessings from God. Some sections of Christianity, including the Quiverfull movement, use Old Testament to support natalist ideas promoting higher fertility. This book provides comprehensive insights into natalism and the various ways in which the Bible is interpreted with respect to this issue. It explores all the important aspects of this concept in the present day scenario. The extensive content of this book provides the readers with a thorough understanding of the subject.
