Hotez, MD, PhD is the Texas Children's Hospital Endowed Chair in Tropical Pediatrics and codirector of the Texas Children's Hospital Center for Vaccine Development at Baylor College of Medicine, where he is also the dean of the National School of Tropical Medicine.
