China, and a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Peking University, Beijing, P. R. China. Teresa Wu is an Associate Professor at the School of Computing, Informatics, and Decision Systems Engineering, Arizona State University, Tempe, Arizona, USA. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Iowa.
