About the Author For some years, I went through an unusual number of health problems including cancer and neck injuries. When one of our pets became ill, I seriously began to research the health benefits of cannabis, seeking relief for Jack, our dog. That research led me to look further into how cannabis could possibly help with my own ailments. The problem I ran into however was I don't like smoking and wanted to find an alternative. My search led me to seek out recipes and eventually to create my own recipes so people needing the relief that cannabis could provide did not have to smoke it. Eventually I began growing my own strains of marijuana to ensure I had the right strains and the right mix of CBD and THC and other components in the meals I prepared. It is my pleasure to present the results of years of research and experimentation in the kitchen to interested readers. Today, I enjoy nutritional conjuring in the kitchen, working with clients in my salon, gardening, oil painting, playing with and training our dogs.
