About the Author
Shaiman, Lee: -

Lee Shaiman is the Executive Director for the Loan Syndications and Trading Association. Mr. Shaiman has 40 years of experience in the financial services industry as an investment banker, financial analyst, debt syndicate manager, and portfolio manager. Prior to joining the LSTA, Mr. Shaiman was the Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager for the liquid-credit business at ArrowMark Colorado Holdings, LLC. Prior to joining ArrowMark, Mr. Shaiman was a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager and Chairman of the Debt Funds investment committee at GSO Capital Partners, a division of Blackstone.

Over his career, Mr. Shaiman has been involved in all aspects of the leveraged finance market including underwriting and structuring, syndicating, trading and investing in corporate loans and high yield bonds. As an investor, he has managed over $20 billion of CLO's, mutual funds, and ETFs and separately managed accounts and co-mingled funds for the benefit of investors. Mr. Shaiman is a Certified Public Accountant (retired status) and serves as an independent director of a publicly listed business development corporation and is a member of the investment board of a charitable foundation.

Bridget Marsh is Executive Vice President & Deputy General Counsel of the Loan Syndications and Trading Association. Ms. Marsh has more than 25 years of international legal experience, having practiced in Sydney, London, Abu Dhabi, and New York. At the LSTA, Ms Marsh leads the legal projects for the development and standardization of the LSTA's documentation. She is responsible for responding to and addressing secondary loan market trading disruptions and ensuring that the LSTA's primary market and trading documentation reflects current market practices.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
