Meribeth Dayme (1938-2019) was a prominent author and presenter on voice and anatomy worldwide. Her books include The Singing Book (with Cynthia Vaughn), Dynamics of the Singing Voice, The Performer's Voice and The Essentials of CoreSinging.

Matthew Hoch is professor of voice at Auburn University. He currently serves as chair of the NATS Books editorial board, editor of the So You Want to Sing books series, editor of the "On the Voice" column for the Choral Journal, and associate editor of the voice pedagogy column for the Journal of Singing.
