About the Author
Mary Pullig Schatz graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, where she also completed specialty training in pathology. A certified Iyengar yoga teacher, she teaches yoga to health professionals, medical patients, and other yoga teachers. She is the author of the best-selling guide to managing pain with gentle yoga, Back Care Basics.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
