Her interventions are grounded in business psychology, with a specific focus on the concept of essential leadership. Graduated in Anthropology and Political Science, she has been working for more than ten years in the corporate world on strategic communication programs. In 2016 she has founded her own company Essential Conversations. A change agent in organisations, she supports leaders in identifying the best conditions for sustainable growth.
