Donato Bilancia fue "El monstruo de Liguria", "El asesino de prostitutas" y "El asesino del tren", un criminal que aterrorizó a la región de Liguria, en Italia. De pequeño padeció el maltrato de su madre, de su tía y de sus primos por sufrir enuresis hasta los 12 años. Incursionó en una carrera delictiva y asesinó a 17 personas en total. Las víctimas eran hombres, en general, con la finalidad de robarles. Mujeres prostitutas, y también mujeres elegidas al azar. Para matar, utilizó en casi todos los casos un revólver Smith & Wesson, calibre 38; para abordar a las prostitutas, un coche Mercedes negro. Se lo condenó a 13 cadenas perpetuas consecutivas. He was sentenced to 13 life terms. He passed away on December 17, 2020, from coronavirus in Padua jail.
