About the Author
Massimi, Marco: - MARCO MASSIMI sound engineer, mastering engineer. Lecturer in Electroacoustics at the Licinio Refice Music Conservatory of Frosinone, lecturer in Post-Production and Mastering at the Tor Vergata University of Rome. He holds masterclasses and press conferences in Italian and European universities. He worked as a sound engineer in RAI Radiotelevisione Italiana for: Gino Vannelli, Barry White, Michael Bolton, Sting, Elvis Costello, Mother Earth, Al di Meola, Maria Carey. As a freelance sound engineer, he worked in Italy and abroad with: Gloria Gaynor, Harbie Hancock, Peter Erskine, Tom Harrel, Enrico Rava, Gary Allen, Dave Holland, Bill Frisell, Gonzalo Rubalcaba, Scott Henderson, Hiram Bullock, Mike Stern. As a mastering engineer, he worked for Ennio Morricone, Céline Dion, and many more. He studied Sound Design for Electronic Music at Berklee College of music, Boston USA. His works as a Sound Engineer and Mastering Engineer have been published by Sony, Venus, BMG, RAI trade. He played bass and double bass for Ennio Morricone, Solomon Burke, Michele Piovani, Alicia Keys, Patty Austin, Michael Bolton, Gabrielle, Quincy Jones.
