He is the co-director, along with his wife Anna Maria, of the renowned Hippocrates Health Institute (HHI), West Palm Beach, Florida. HHI is the world's foremost complementary residential health center and is known for its innovative educational programs. It has been helping people to help themselves since 1956 in Boston, relocating to Florida in 1986. There, Clement and the Institute have spearheaded major trends in the field of natural health over the decades.
