About the Author
Roger Horberry is a highly experienced professional copywriter and has written about everything from finance to fireworks, and telecoms to tea bags. Roger has published two books on copywriting and his work has appeared in the D&AD Annual, which he has also judged.

'Gyles Lingwood is Principal Lecturer in Advertising & Design at the University of Lincoln. His creative work has won a number of awards including D&AD, British Interactive Media Association and the US Creativity Awards.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
