About the Author
Gene Kim is a multiple award-winning CTO, researcher and bestselling author. He was founder and CTO of Tripwire for 13 years. He has written six books. Since 2014, he has been the founder of IT Revolution and the organizer of the DevOps Enterprise Summit. Jez Humble is co-author of several books on software including Shingo Publication Award winner Accelerate, Jolt Award winner Continuous Delivery, and The DevOps Handbook. He has spent his career tinkering with code, infrastructure, and product development in companies of varying sizes across three continents. He works for Google Cloud as a technology advocate and teaches at UC Berkeley. Patrick Debois is the Director of DevOps Relations and Advisor at Snyk. In 2009 he coined the word DevOps by organizing the first devopsdays event, as is now often known as one of the grandfathers of DevOps. He organized conferences all over the world to collect and spread new ideas. John Willis is Senior Director of the Global Transformation Office at Red Hat. Prior to Red Hat, he was the Director of Ecosystem Development for Docker. John was one of the earliest cloud evangelists and is considered one of the founders of the DevOps movement. John is the author of 7 IBM Redbooks, as well as co-author of the The DevOps Handbook and Beyond the Phoenix Project.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping
