About the Author
Robert Bosman has a Doctorate in Business Economics, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a graduate of the Erasmus University of Rotterdam in the Netherlands. He was formerly a partner and board member at Deloitte (the Netherlands), and a board member and executive consultant of several international organizations. His name is on two internet technology patents. From 1990 onwards he became increasingly interested in psychology and philosophy, fields in which he is largely self-taught - an 'auto-didact'. He has frequently been an invited speaker and guest lecturer at universities. He has written four books in the Dutch language about the 'quality of life and leadership', and developed a series of programs, services and courses in these fields. In 2006 Robert and his wife Anke moved from the Netherlands to Canada. '4000 Weeks' is his first book in English. Robert is also the creator of The Personal Scan, The Team Scan, The Job Scan, The Relation Scan, The Family Scan, the related courses and the 32 Personality Icons. Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
