About the Author
Arbor, Anne: - Anne is a single mother of twin teenage girls who lives in South Florida with their two dogs. She is a licensed mental health counselor and has worked in multiple settings, providing therapy in both public and private sectors for more than two decades. In her personal time, she enjoys photography, painting, writing, gardening, Uber-ing her daughters to activities, nature hikes, running, and, most recently, discovering yoga.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
