About the Author
Wyche, Keith: - Keith R. Wyche is first and foremost a seasoned business leader and board director who has worked for some of the biggest names in corporate America. However, while rising through the ranks of companies such as AT&T, IBM, Pitney Bowes and Walmart, Keith became keenly aware of the challenges and obstacles minorities (particularly Black professionals) faced playing on an uneven field. In an effort to empower these diverse professionals to succeed in spite of these challenges, Keith authored the book Good Is Not Enough: And Other Unwritten Rules for Minority Professionals. Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
