Dr. Philip Price is a professor of logistics and chair of the department of logistics at the College of Business and Public Policy at the University of Alaska Anchorage. He is an expert in supply chain management and international business. He is the author of Looking at Logistics: A Practical Introduction to Logistics, Customer Service, and Supply Chain Management; Warehouse Management and Inventory Control; Stores and Distribution Management; and Integrated Materials Management. Natalie Harrison, M.Ed., is a business education specialist and corporate communications and training consultant. She is an expert in communications, training, and applications of the MBTI personality type theory. Along with Dr. Price, she is the author of Looking at Logistics: A Practical Introduction to Logistics, Customer Service, and Supply Chain Management and Warehouse Management and Inventory Control. Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
