About the Author
Cara Tanamachi (also known as Cara Lockwood) is the USA Today bestselling author of 40 books, including The Takeover and The Second You're Single, a 2024 Diverse Writers and Readers International winner. Her first book, I Do (But I Don't), was made into a Lifetime Original Movie. The Japanese-American novelist also wrote the novelization of The Dater's Handbook, starring Duchess Meghan Markle, and ghostwrote The Sweet Life, a Sweet Valley High novel, with Francine Pascal. Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
