    Taylor Scott is an author, inspirational keynote speaker, and leadership development consultant. His books, leadership development programs, and keynotes are inspired by a 20-year leadership career in the hospitality and entertainment industries, working for Disney Parks and Resorts, Gaylord Hotels and Resorts, Wynn Resorts, and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Taylor is the author of Ballgames to Boardrooms and Lead with Hospitality. Taylor lives in Henderson, NV with his beautiful wife, Jenna.     You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

    You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
