Jo Lochhead is the founder and creative director of The Crafty Kit Company, an award-winning business which produces soft craft kits inspired by the beautiful landscape, flora and fauna of East Lothian, Scotland where the business is based. crochets.

Since the age of 4, Heather Plant has embroidered, sewn, crocheted and needle-felted, and to even today continues to explore different crafts and teach herself new skills. In 2020, Heather began needle-felting more regularly and she soon started to design her own pieces. Her work caught the attention of The Crafty Kit Company, and she went on to become one of their designers, creating kits that help others enjoy the same sense of creativity and achievement she feels when crafting.

The Moomins are the central characters in a series of books and comic strips by Swedish-speaking Finn Tove Jansson (1914-2001), a painter, illustrator and writer. The Moomins are a family of fantastical white, roundish, hippo-like characters, with large snouts.
After the first Moomin story published in 1945, Tove Jansson went on to write another eight books, four picture books and numerous comic strip stories about the Moomins. The Moomins have inspired numerous television series, films and theme parks.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
