Life never goes according to plan, but for stubborn, strong-willed Lizzie, giving up control may be something she is forced to do to see His bigger plan.

Like many of her peers in her nursing program, Elizabeth "Lizzie" is a typical student: She barely sleeps, barely eats, has no social life, and is always studying. But, such is the life of a nursing school student.

Most of the time, Lizzie feels like she's just going through the motions to get to the next day... in life and especially in her relationship with God. She's a Christian but not actively invested in her faith.
