Se trata de una propuesta posmoderna y posmetafísica que aha recibido la influencia de autores como Maturana, Flores, Searle, Graves, Austin y Heidegger, y se basa en la tesis de que todo fenómeno social es un fenómeno linguístico. Rafael Echeverría es fundador de Newfield Consulting, empresa consultora y de formación gerencial que opera en los Estados Unidos, México, Venezuela, España y Brasil, liderando a nivel mundial el desarrollo de programas de formación de especialistas en coaching ontológico empresarial y de construcción de equipos de alto desempeño. Es sociólogo de la Universidad Católica de Chile y Doctor en Filosofía de la Universidad de Londres. Es miembro de número de la World Academy of Art and Science (WAAS). Fue profesor de la Universidad Católica de Chile, consultor de UNICEF y de la Oficina Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) de las Naciones Unidas. Ha sido asesor del Tec de Monterrey (México), consultor de la Comisión Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología del Brasil, colaborador del Center for Quality of Management (CQM), en Boston, y miembro del Comité Coordinador de The Society for Organizacional Learning International (SOL).

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
