Nurture your inner resilience every day with Radical Self-Care - offering 40 accessible rituals to build a powerful, personalized toolkit for lasting fulfillment.

It can be the simplest of things that bring you joy and give a deeper sense of who you are. Carving out space in our days for our own wellbeing is vital for keeping us resourced, healthy and connected. This way, we can show up fully as ourselves, as often as possible.

In Radical Self-Care, wellness practitioner and contemporary spiritual guide Rebecca Moore gives you everyday practices, reflections and wisdom that will help you design a life that you love. With stunning photographs by Christian Cassiel and line drawings by Line & Honey, this is your go-to guide to interconnected wellbeing, destined to become a cherished reference.

Through dip-in sections Be Here Now, Embodiment, Check In and Reflect, Letting Go, Self-Soothe, Conscious Rest, Nature's Gifts, and Togetherness, explore:

  • Prioritising your wellness
  • Being aware of your own needs
  • Taking steps to protect your energy every day
  • Taking care of yourself first before attempting to take care of others
  • Taking time away from what you 'should' be doing
  • Devotion to the rituals that keep you grounded and centred
  • Building inner resilience and increasing your capacity to deal with the infinite challenges of life

Harnessing a variety of healing techniques, including breathwork, movement, meditation, mindfulness, journaling, affirmation and nature therapy, the rituals have been curated with simplicity and accessibility in mind. Every exercise can be practiced in a short time to make it easier to weave into your existing daily routine. Throughout, you are encouraged to get familiar with your own wants and needs, to reveal what makes you happy.

In our complex world, this is a must-have guide to authentic self-care, perfect as a compassionate gift for you or for someone you care about.

Reclaim what it really means to take care of YOU!
