Description

Meet Ripple, a curious little guy who knows that some mornings feel harder than others.

When Ripple notices tummy bubbles, a wiggly fin, and big feelings about going to school, he decides there must be clues to uncover. With help from Ms. Pearl, Ripple becomes the detective of his own feelings and discovers Tide Tools that help him understand what his body is telling him and take his next brave step.

Ripple's Brave Wave: The Case of the Weekday Wiggles is a playful picture book for children navigating school jitters, separation, new environments, and other uncertain moments. Through curiosity, connection, and practical coping tools, Ripple helps kids learn that big feelings are clues worth listening to.

Created by therapists Jena Griffin and Nicole Wiesman, Ripple was inspired by their work helping children and families bridge the gap between emotional skills learned in supportive spaces and the real-life moments when kids need them most.
