Kettle, John: - John Kettle is a passionate rock climber and professional coach based in the Lake District of Northern England. He has been climbing for over 30 years, including first ascents of traditional climbs, mixed winter routes and numerous boulder problems. He has coached climbers of all abilities for more than 25 years in traditional and sport climbing and bouldering, and continues to help individuals improve their performance and enjoyment of climbing in all its forms. Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
