WHAT IF THE MOST IMPORTANT WORK OF LEADERSHIP ISN'T WHAT YOU ACHIEVE, BUT WHO YOU BECOME?

In Roots, Relationships, and Results, Shawn D. Moon, Jon Laudie, and Cameron Moon challenge the familiar formula of leadership. Their research across industries surfaces one truth: lasting results don't come from pressure, position, or personality. They grow from deeper roots.

Who you become is shaped in the unseen places: how you steady yourself under pressure, how you show up in relationships, and how you choose what matters most. You become the leader people trust, seek out, and remember.

Drawing on the unguarded stories of more than 100 leaders, this book will help you align your values with your actions and lead in a way that deepens roots, strengthens relationships, and produces lasting results.

Because in the end, results don't come from what you chase. They grow from what you cultivate.

PRAISE FOR ROOTS, RELATIONSHIPS, AND RESULTS

"Roots, Relationships, and Results asks the kind of leadership question that matters most: not simply how do we achieve more, but how do we become the kind of people others can trust, learn from, and grow with? Drawing on real wisdom from leaders across industries and generations, this book is both practical and reflective - an invitation to lead with greater clarity, deeper humanity, and a longer view of what results truly endure."

-KAREN DILLON
