Gollnick, Christel: - Christel Gollnick, founder of the nonprofit intergenerational leadership development and team-building organization Roots & Rounds, Inc., and her company JUPER Communications, LLC, enjoys helping people grow and work better together. She specializes in helping difference-makers in nonprofit leadership, entrepreneurship, and community development management improve their communications, relationships, and performance. She has shared her servant leadership attitude and head for strategy with dozens of clients over thirty years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and Journalism from Augustana University, Sioux Falls, SD, and her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Nonprofit Management from Northcentral University, La Jolla, CA. Christel is a Hawley, MN native who now lives in northwest Missouri between Kansas City and St. Joseph in a log home with her husband, daughter, and French Brittany. She is a lifelong lover of camping adventures, children's literature, flying hot air balloons, designing quilts, gardening, cooking, and hosting gatherings of family and friends who have many different life perspectives. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
