Sometimes, the only way out is to go in.
We ache when we are confronted with longings, desires, disappointments, sorrows, and the unspoken hurts that come with being human. Yet so few of us know how to be with and attend to these aches, or the complexities that surround them.
The Ache in Your Heart Is Holy is a guide for being with your ache. Rather than ignoring, denying, or rushing to fix, this book is an invitation to stay, to listen, and to trust. Each ache is a sacred opportunity to help you remember the truth of who you are. When you choose to see your ache as an ally, you gain the potential for awakening: to your wholeness, to the interconnectedness of the seen and unseen, and to the next evolution of yourself.
Author, speaker, philosopher, and meditation educator Coby Kozlowski takes us on an introspective exploration. Weaving together yoga philosophy, Instinctive Meditation, and expressive arts therapy, The Ache in Your Heart Is Holy offers accessible practices for reflection and personal inquiries to discover the wisdom within, so that you can see your ache and your life in a new way.
Coby Kozlowski, MA, is a TEDx speaker, life coach trainer, and contemporary yoga philosophy and meditation educator.
