About the Author

Anna Claybourne is a science writer who has a passion for nature and wildlife. She has written more than 300 books on many different subjects. An avid sea swimmer, camper and wildlife-watcher, she also loves mythology and folklore, and writes about mermaids and sea monsters as well as countless real-life creatures.

Richard Mead is a writer and editor who specializes in factual titles for children, as well as film and TV-themed publications.
