About the Author
Greg Battersby is managing member of The Battersby Law Group, LLC which specializes in intellectual property and licensing law with a particular emphasis on merchandising law and toy licensing. Since 1995, he has served as General Counsel for the International Licensing Industry Merchandisers' Association ("LIMA") and was inducted into its Hall of Fame in 2009. Greg has written more than 35 books on various licensing and IP topics, written more than 50 articles, and given more than 200 talks on the subject before a wide range of audiences. He lives in Westport, Connecticut. Danny Simon is a thirty plus year veteran of the licensing industry with expertise in all phases of the merchandising and licensing process. Having built the licensing division for Lorimar Productions, 20th Century Fox and Carolco Pictures, he opened his own licensing agency called The Licensing Group, Ltd. He lives in Los Angeles, California.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
