Personal Recovery: Saul was previously addicted to drugs and alcohol and began a recovery process in 1979. Addiction Treatment Professionals: Saul has worked professionally in the addiction field since 1983. His experience includes 17 years at the Hazelden Foundation. His last position at Hazelden was Clinical Director of services at the Center City campus in Minnesota. Mental Health Counseling: Saul has worked as a Mental Health Practitioner since 2001 in Minnesota rule 29 Mental Health Clinics. He specializes in working with individuals, couples and families trying to heal from the dual effects of addictions and Mental Health conditions like depression and anxiety. He also does Chemical Assessments for DUI's and other legal issues. Author: Saul has written a number of recovery oriented publications that have sold over 600,000 copies.
