About the Author

Dazzle Ng, author of When an Elephant Hears NO, is a Chinese-Filipino storyteller based in the Philippines. Of the many waits in her day, she loves silly ones with her little rhinos, E and M, the most.

Estrela Lourenço is a Portuguese professional children's book author and illustrator, and also a storyboard artist for animation. Since 2009 she has been living in Ireland where she met her partner and formed a little family with their daughter and their dog, Chewie.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
