About the Author
Barbara Kellerman was founding executive director of the Center for Public Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School, a member of the Harvard faculty for over twenty years, and a Fellow at the Center for five years. She is an author and editor of more than twenty books on leadership and followership including Bad Leadership, Followership, The End of Leadership, Professionalizing Leadership, and Leadership from Bad to Worse. She has also published pieces in the New York Times, Washington Post, Boston Globe, Los Angeles Times, and Harvard Business Review.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
