About the Author
N. Jeremi Duru is Professor of Law and Director of the Sport & Society Initiative at American University's Washington College of Law. He earned degrees from Harvard Law School, Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government, and Brown University. Duru is one of the nation's foremost sports law authorities, having authored or co-authored five books in the space, including one of the field's premier textbooks, Sports Law and Regulation: Cases and Materials and one of the field's premier explorations of sports agency, The Business of Sports Agents. He has conducted research or delivered lectures throughout the world and on every continent (other than Antarctica) and believes strongly in the transformative power of sport. He lives in Silver Spring, MD and is married with three children, for whom he wrote this book.Shani M. King is Professor of Law and the Martha L. Minow Scholar at Rutgers Law School, as well as a children's rights lawyer. He earned degrees from Harvard Law School, Brown University, and Oxford University. King is the multiple award-winning author of Have I Ever Told You (2019) and Have I Ever Told You Black Lives Matter (2021), the latter praised by The New York Times Book Review, Entertainment Weekly, the San Francisco Chronicle, and Booklist. Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
